LANDSCAPEJS: This one
is my absolute favourite. Night photography is difficult and the
photographer was able to capture great exposure, colour, and
composition. It also has local flair, since it captures
Alexandria’s relaxed shoreline. One could imagine people sitting
on the bench watching the boats go by on the Potomac and the DC
“skyline” in the background.
WP: This photo tops my list for its excellent use of
perspective and setting to create a colourful composition.
